Standing Down as Community Leader

Just to let everyone know, that following the appointment of Liz and Q as community leaders, I will be standing down at the end of this week.

I've done the job for about a year now and for the most part have thoroughly enjoyed it. This has largely been down to the great support that I have received from the other CL's, but particularly many of the Zoners.

I hope you'll all join me in wishing Q and Liz every success with their community leadership and continue to give them the sort of support you've given me.

I have no plans to leave the Zone so will still see you all around.

Mel, it's too bad you're resigning, but I'm sure you have your reasons.

Like all the others have said Mel, thanks for all you did. Liz and I will no doubt have a very difficult task in trying to live up to the standard you and Doug have set. It's nevertheless great to know you'll still be around.

Mel I was sad when I read this post. It made me think of the April Fool's joke. But I don't think you're joking here. I'll miss you but I'm glad you aren't leaving the Zone. Sorry you lost your job. God bless you.

Hope, its not a joke this time, but I didn't lose the job either. I've chosen to stand down so am happy with the decision. I have every confidence that Q and Liz will do a fantastic job in my place.
